A. USB cable connected with interaction whiteboard and PC is touch cable. Check if this cable is well connected!
1. Check if the USB A-B cable that was set at first has been well plugged.
2. If it is well plugged, plug the USB port of your PC in other side.
But if touch still does not work, contact our customer center.
A. 1. Turn up the main body of interactive whiteboard.
2. Click the speaker icon in task bar and check if the playback device is PC which is connected with interactive whiteboard.
But if sound still does not work, contact our customer center.
A. Touch response speed of interactive whiteboard is 8m/s, and it causes a lot of effect on CPU performance & memory of pc.
1. If simple touch works well but gets slow or has a lag when running EJPEN Software(Writing Software), check the performance of your PC.
2. Check the foreign substances on IR Bar of interactive whiteboard and tempered glass.
